How can I claim my return?

The return is accepted within 15 days from the purchase date. For
returns/exchange requests kindly WhatsApp, on the given contact number

What can I return?

You may return any item purchased from Meena Bazaar that is unused, in new
condition or any item having manufacturing defect. For other assistance, please

Domestic Shipping

We have free shipping pan India; domestic delivery takes 5 to 7 working days
for a little interior zone and might take 2 to 3 extra days. Our Courier
partner, https://www.dtdc.in/ 
provides Express delivery by both Air/ Surface

We do provide a Cash Delivery option in India. Kindly note that COD service
may not be available for certain pin codes. In such cases, our customer service
team will be in touch with customers while processing their orders.

International Orders

For international delivery, the charges need to be paid by the customer, in
respect of country and city. Customer package cost will be calculated as per
details given in the order and informed before dispatch takes place.

For customers outside India, duties are not included in the price. Customers
are responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees or local/VAT taxes.
Meena Bazaar will not reimburse these expenses. It is necessary to pay these in
order to release your order from customs.

For orders delivered in the rest of the countries - Customers will be
responsible to ship the product back to us with tracking details at
info@meenabazaar.shop Customer will be liable to pay the return shipping and
customs charges which are non-refundable.
