Return-Policy

  

  • To request a return, kindly contact us at info@meenabazaar.shop  Your inquiry will receive a prompt response. Alternatively  you can reach our customer care hotline at +91-8595441611, available from 10:30 AM to 7 PM IST, Monday to Saturday.
  • Please provide details for the reason for the return. In case of a defective or incorrect product, kindly include an opening video of the item for our assessment.
  • We are ready to return any item purchased by customer only if the items is not being used or damaged.
  • Dedicated customer support for any issue.
  • Size, Colour & Product, change possible ( *Subject to availability)
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and not damaged. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a refund or exchange, depending on your preference.

  • Please note that personalized or customized products are not eligible for returns.

  • You'll need to cover the costs for returning items or exchanging them. We recommend using a registered or traceable postal service. Remember, the responsibility for returned parcels stays with you until Meena Bazaar receives them.

  • Kindly make sure you check the packaging before accepting any orders and make a clear video while unboxing for claiming any wrong shipments.
  • In case you receive a damaged/defective/wrong product, the company should be notified within 48 hours of Delivery. We might request you to share the snapshot/unboxing video of the damaged product at info@meenabazaar.shop or WhatsApp 8595441611.
  • For orders delivered internationally - Customers will bear the courier charges occurred to return the product, tracking details at info@meenabazaar.shop
  • For international customers, duties are not included in the price. Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, custom fees or local/VAT taxes. MEENA BAZAAR will not reimburse these expenses. It is necessary to pay these in order to release your order from customs.
  • We will initiate a refund once the product is received back in our warehouse
  • We will accept returns within 7 days after delivery.
  • Refund is processed once the product is delivered back to our warehouse and quality check is done.
  • Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for exchange, refund or return.
  • A one-time exchange policy allows customers to exchange a purchased item for a different size, color, or variant only once. This policy applies only to fresh products.

  • Refunds usually take 7 working days.
  • Refund can also be provided in the form of credit Note on Demand

  • No Exchange & Refunds will be issued for stitched or customized products.
  • We have facilitated our customer to exchange the product in any of our store given at the store locator.

Customization Policy: No Return / Exchange / Refund

  • Please note that the following customized products are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable:
  • Sarees with Fall & Pico, Satin Inskirts, Cotton Inskirts, Designer Blouses, Basic Blouses, Pre-Pleated Sarees, Products with any size alteration.
  • Customization services are available exclusively for prepaid orders. Applicable charges vary based on the selected service. Kindly note that all customized orders require an additional processing time of 4–6 business days, depending on the product and level of customization.
  • We request our customers to carefully review their selections before placing an order. For any questions or assistance, please contact our customer care team.

Claiming Refunds

For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking or Paypal Transactions:

  • As the charge on your credit card / account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment, we will provide a refund into the original mode of Payment.
  • In the case of refunds, banks normally take 4-5 business days to process a refund once it has been successfully initiated from our end.
  • Refunds will not be applicable incase a customer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit.
  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) Transactions:
  • Refunds to bank accounts shall be processed within 7 business days (Subject to clearance in quality check).
  • Refunds cannot be processed to third-party bank accounts. The name of the customer initiating the refund should match the name of the bank account holder.
  • Cash Refunds are not allowed for COD orders.
  • Refunds will only be initiated after we have physically received the returned shipment. Hence Refunds will not be applicable in case a customer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit.

  • Tags and Invoice should be enclosed and not tampered.
  • Products on discount are not available for exchange, refund or return.
